For one day shipping, We usually ship all the fishes out Monday-Wednesday, so you will receive the fish on the next morning. Please send us a message if you need a different arrangement.

Received New Fish:

Please drip acclimate your fish before releasing into your aquarium for 30 minutes with air-stone, turn off the light for 2 days so the new fish can rest, do not feed the first 2 days.

Size: Measured from nose to end of tail. You will receive fish with same size or sometimes bigger than stated.

Color: can be varies from pictures in the listing due to stress, lighting, and background.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

We care about the health of every fish, and guarantee that your fish will be delivered to your home alive. In the event of death on arrival follow the stated policy below:

* We request Two clear pictures of the fish. One picture of the fish inside of the UNOPENED bag we use to ship to you.

* One picture of the fish with whole tail clipped off. Please contact us with the pictures within 4 hours after you receive the package. We will not accept replacement if you miss the 4 hours window.

You will receive a tracking number from UPS so you can track the shipment. Please plan your time so that you are at home to receive your package. We will arrange the best delivery day and options for you so that we can avoid missed deliveries.

Fish will not be covered under the DOA Policy, if you are not home at time of delivery.

Replacement, Refund and non-refund policies

* After pictures are received, we will send a replacement or refund.

-For replacement. You will have to pay for shipping charge.

-For refund. We will refund the full amount of The fish Dead on arrival. We do not refund shipping charge.

* We are not responsible and no replacement or refunds will be given If You Are Not available on a Shipping day and loss occurs.

* Refunds Will be given in same payment method received, or Our store credit plus 10% For Your Next order.
