We are committed to providing the healthiest shrimp, snails, fish, and plants, ensuring a positive experience for aquarium enthusiasts.In the event that any livestock arrives in a sick or deceased condition, we have simplified the claims process into three straightforward steps:

Step 1: Determine Eligibility

  • Claims must be made on the day of delivery.
  • Livestock claims require the first delivery attempt to be successful. Please ensure your presence to receive your package promptly upon arrival.
  • Dry goods are fully guaranteed.
  • Fish are guaranteed when shipped via UPS Next Day only.
  • Free items are not covered by our guarantee.

Step 2: Submit Your Claim

  • Email thefinshopsocal@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Attach a clear video and pictures of the damaged or dead item(s) in the original unopened shipping bag alongside your shipping label. 
  • If an item is missing, provide clear photos of the items received.

Step 3: Receive Your Claim

  • Dry goods: Reshipped for free via UPS Ground.
  • Livestock:
              Full refund issued via the original payment method.
              Shipping costs are nonrefundable
              Reshipment available at the customer's expense.
