π Live Fish β DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- We guarantee the live arrival of all fish
- If a fish arrives dead (DOA), a refund request must include:
- 2 clear photos of the fish inside the unopened bag
- Photos must be taken within 2 hours of delivery
- Claims must include:
- Your order number
- Required photos
- All claims are subject to review and approval
β οΈ Live fish are non-returnable. Approved claims will be refunded.

We have a 30-day return policy for aquarium supplies.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase
