🐟 Live Fish – DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

  • We guarantee the live arrival of all fish
  • If a fish arrives dead (DOA), a refund request must include:
    • 2 clear photos of the fish inside the unopened bag
    • Photos must be taken within 2 hours of delivery
  • Claims must include:
    • Your order number
    • Required photos
  • All claims are subject to review and approval

⚠️ Live fish are non-returnable. Approved claims will be refunded.
