• We offer two shipping options:
  • USPS Priority Mail – $15
  • UPS Next Day Air – $60
• Orders placed before 12PM PST (3PM EST) ship the same day.
• To ensure safe delivery, we ship Monday through Wednesday only.
• All fish are packed with appropriate heat or cold packs based on weather conditions.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require approval prior to purchase. Please contact us.

Live Arrival Guarantee

All live fish are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy).
